Sharon Osbourne Talks Susan Boyle

Oh – here we go again! Sharon Osbourne has defended her verbal attack on Susan Boyle  and admitted Susan “got the last laugh”.

During a US radio interview last November, Sharon caused  a bit of a stir by saying Boyle had been hit by “a f**king ugly stick” and looked like “a slapped a**e”, although she apologised later for her remarks.

“I didn’t want to hurt her at all. Yes, I do think she looks like a slapped a**e, and she has been hit with the ugly stick, but she’s laughing all the way to the bloody bank, so she’s got the last laugh on me,” Sharon told the Telegraph. “I do regret saying that because she is not the sort of woman to counter me, so it’s not fair, but somebody asked me in public and I went for it – foot in mouth.

“If you give it out you have to expect to get it back,” she added. “I do think that people should say what they feel more, because otherwise it festers and you get an infection.”

I hate to say it but I think Sharon has a point here…I know what she says can sometimes offend but unfortunately it is usually very true.
