Lindsay Lohan In Tears As Sentenced To Jail
Lindsay Lohan broke down in tears as she was sentenced yesterday to 90 days in prison for violating her probation from a 2007 drug court case.
Lohan had failed to attend court-order alcohol education classes so a judge ordered Lindsay to surrender on 20th July and begin serving her time in jail.
The ‘Mean Girls’ star drew back her tears and told the court, “I did do everything I was told to do and did the best I could to balance jobs and showing up.”
You can watch the moment Lindsay was sentenced above. There’s something quite disturbing about the culture we live in today. It’s so sad how far a young girl can fall from success and how closely we can watch her fall to the extent of video footage from the court being open to the public.
I hope she gets the help she needs.
