Leona For Sale!

Would you believe it – Leona Lewis is up for sale on eBay to raise money for Haiti!

An afternoon with Leona herself is up for auction for one lucky fan who can afford it! I’ve just checked and the bidding is already at £5,600 at 17:00 GMT!

All money raised is going towards Oxfam’s relief efforts but the auction is only open to residents of the UK….

Don’t worry, if you can’t afford the exhautionate date with Leona, there are some lesser but equally cool lots up for auction, including a haircut from Leona’s stylist, Ben Cooke, or lesson from her makeup artist, Jane Bradley!

Leona was interviewed by the UK Press Association and explains:

“I’ve been amazed and inspired by the courage of people in Haiti. What’s happened has been so devastating, and I really want to do anything I can to help. At times like this we’re reminded of how important it is to help, so please dig deep and thanks to all of your for your support.”

Oxfam internet auctions have raised more than £120,000 for the Haiti appeal in just over a fortnight. A print donated by Damien Hirst has been the biggest lot, fetching £12,655, closely followed by a painting by Rolf Harris at £12,607 so lets hope Leona goes for even more.
