Lady GaGa Signs Giorgio Armani Deal
I was waiting for her to endorse something – Lady Gaga has apparently signed a multi-million dollar deal with Giorgio Armani, according to the Wall Street Journal.
Check out the one-off Giorgio Armani dress Lady Gaga wore at this year’s Grammy awards (left). The high-end fashion label has confirmed that the singer has agreed the fashion house will design exclusive costumes for her upcoming Monster Ball Tour.
“It wouldn’t be possible to give GaGa a look from the collection because she wears pieces of art,” Roberta Armani, the label’s head of VIP relations, explained. “A huge company like Giorgio Armani has the duty to always be alert to trends and what appeals to young people. It helped to see how the world is through Lady Gaga, the way she uses Facebook and Twitter.”
I love it and I love Armani…good partnership me thinks – but I reckon the Haus of GaGa fashion line should expand even further…
