Danny Dyer Turns Down Big Brother

Why couldn’t Danny Dyer just have taken the money and run… all the way into the Big Brother House! ‘The Business’ bit-of-rough was offered £200,000 to join the Z-list line up, but turned it down as he thought it could potentially damage his success in acting.

He wrote in Zoo, “Last year, Celebrity Big Brother offered me £200k to go into the house. There was no f**king way I was doing it. It’s not worth the aggro. Plus, by the time I’d paid the taxman and my agent, I’d only have seen half the cash!

It would purely be a money-making move, but you risk screwing up your career and you get those f**king Z-listers dissecting your personality on that Little Brother show. Plus, the producers would just have made me Mr Sweary.”
