Cheryl Cole Planning Divorce Party

Cheryl’s biting back and holding a divorce party in London on the same night as her soon-to-be-ex-husband Ashley Cole, plays his first game for this year’s World Cup, according to the Sunday Mirror.

A close source suggests Cheryl is planning to hold the party in London while Ashley, and England, take on the USA. “Cheryl is very keen to have the divorce settled so she can get on with her life,” an insider said. “She wants to let her hair down and forget about Ashley. She has no interest in watching England’s World Cup matches because of Ashley’s involvement so she thought the perfect time for a mini-celebration would be during the USA game.”

I personally think divorce ‘parties’ are a bit tacky and really undermine marriage – despite Ashley’s behaviour. Having said that, give me a divorce party over football any day!
