Did the earth move for you?

A 22 year old American blogger has been running a campaign called Boobquake to disprove Iranian cleric Tehran’s Hojatoleslam Kazem Sedighi’s claim that women “who do not dress modestly” lead men astray, spread adultery and thereby increase earthquakes.

To demonstrate how much truth that statement holds American BlagHag blogger McCreight decided to fight religious hearsay head on, using nothing but her assets, (her boobs) and a little bit of science. She proposed on her blog that yesterday all her female readers should where the most cleavage-showing top they own to embrace “the supernatural power of their breasts.”

What she wasn’t counting on however was an earthquake occurring yesterday, in Taiwan measuring 6.9 on the richter scale! Oh dear…

Responding to the news she posted on Twitter, “On avg, 134 magnitude 6-6.9 earthquakes occur annually,” and then wrote on her blog, “If we get many of a similar magnitude in the next 24 hours, we might start worshipping the power of immodesty.”

So… the mystery continues…
