Summer Shoe Trends for Guys

With summer in full-swing, we all know that sunglasses, sunscreen and shorts never go out of style… But shoe trends for summer certainly do. But fear not guys, this article will shed some light on two of the hottest shoe brands you should be treading in this summer.

TOMS

TOMS shoes are one of my favourite brands this summer. TOMS make anything, from classic canvas shoes, to desert boots, cordones, boat shoes and even vegan shoes. Not only that, TOMS pledge that they will give a pair of new shoes to a child in need with every purchase you make, so not only will you look good, you’ll also be helping a very worthy cause.

Mocks

As you may have already guessed, Mocks are a relative of the Moccasin. Nowadays, Mocks are a worldwide summer trend. The Italians wear theirs with sandy cotton chinos and over-sized sunglasses, the Americans wear theirs with baseball jackets and khakis cut at the ankle, while the Japenese adopt brightly coloured Mocks in an attempt to make a colour-clashing fashion statement. One thing is for sure – no matter which nationality you are – Mocks are the summer 2012 must-have.
