ReallyRich.com – The History

My dream job was to work for an international women’s magazine as a feature writer and agony uncle – not mentioning any names. Like many ‘dream jobs’, seeking employment at a well-known women’s magazine meant selling my soul – something that I wasn’t really keen to do. But, being the persistent little minx I am, I was determined not to give up on my dream, so I set up my own blog come advice hub come magazine in 2009 and called it ReallyRich.com – Your Online Gay Best Friend.

Why ReallyRich.com?

Well, the most obvious reason is ReallyRich.com includes my name, but in reality – it’s so much more than that. ReallyRich.com pretty much sums both my blog and I quite nicely, I mean, just take a look at the definitions below – simply perfect, don’t you think?

Really – [ree-uh-lee, ree-lee]

– Adverb

1. In reality; actually: to see things as they really are.
2. Genuinely or truly: a really honest man.
3. Indeed: Really, this is too much.
4. Used to express surprise, exasperation, etc.

Rich – [rich]

– Adjective

1.     Having wealth or great possessions; abundantly supplied with resources, or funds; wealthy: a rich woman.
2.     Abounding in natural resources: a rich territory.
3.     Having wealth or valuable resources: a woman with rich knowledge.
4.     Of great value or worth; valuable: a rich harvest.
5.     Food: perhaps unhealthily sweet or abounding in butter or cream: a rich dessert.
